Give Your Hair a Boost with H2 Thermal + Giveaway

Women around the world know that dry, stale air equals dry, frizzy hair. Most people will agree that dry, frizzy hair is not attractive by any means.

Recently, I was given the opportunity to try H2 Thermal, a thermal-activated hair repair product. This particular product is designed to stop hair breakage, repair split ends, get fuller hair, and to protect against heat styling.

Sounds like the perfect winter hair care product, in my opinion.

* Product and/or service provided for review without cost. As always, all opinions are my own.

The reason why I was so excited to try H2 Thermal is because I have long, dry hair. It's dull. It's lackluster. It's...well, it's just "blah."

I'm in bad need of a trim and as a result, my ends are a total mess. See for yourself!

From afar, you can't really tell that my hair is frizzy and that my split ends are horrific. Once you're up close and personal however, the flaws tell their story.

There is just no life to my hair.

What I hoped to get out of H2 Thermal was a boost. I hoped that it would restore at least some life to my sad, dull locks.

To determine whether or not it would help me, I went ahead and read the directions, then tried it out.

The directions are incredibly simple. Apply a dime-sized amount to your hand. Work through your hair, while focusing on the ends and outer layers. Leave in for one minute, then style.

I also couldn't help but notice how cool the nozzle on the bottle was. It looks flat at first...

But when you twist the top, the dispenser comes right out! How cool! Not to mention, it prevents the product from building up on the nozzle!

I added the dime-sized amount to my towel-dried hair and worked it through, focusing on my ends and the outer layers. What I noticed first, is that the product smells lovely. It's like a clean conditioner. It also made my hair feel very smooth as I was applying it.

Most women would assume that because my hair is longer, I need more product. That was not the case. Even on my extra long hair, a dime-size amount was enough.

After one minute, I blow-dried my hair and straightened it with my flat iron.

Below, you'll see how much smoother my hair looked.

It's not particularly shiny, but it certainly is smoother.

There have been so many times that I've straightened my hair, only for it to feel dry and frizzy afterwards. That was not the case with H2 Thermal.

Regarding my split ends, check out how much better they look!

Of course, they're not 100% repaired (only a trim could do that), they actually lie flat and appear much neater.

I am in love with H2 Thermal! I was skeptical at first, as I am with most hair-care products. However, this one is on my list of favorites. My hair feels smooth, is sleek, and smells amazing. I'm no longer dealing with static, which is a big problem for me every winter.

I highly recommend H2 Thermal, especially to those of you (like me) who can't get to the salon every 6 weeks for a trim. H2 Thermal will keep your hair manageable in the mean time.

Some might agree that the cost of the product $49.99 is pricey, but it is a 1.7 ounce bottle (50 mL) and you're only supposed to use a dime-size amount two to three times a week. At that rate, the bottle is sure to last you for quite some time, a couple of months at the very least.

Lucky for you, you have the chance to win a bottle all for yourself!

If you simply can't wait, go ahead and purchase a bottle of H2 Thermal now!

Giveaway begins at midnight on February 15, 2015 and ends on February 24, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Giveaway is open to United States residents, age 18+. No P.O. boxes. Thank you to Contest Heat for featuring our giveaway!
