Growing up, I had pretty amazing skin. It was rare that I suffered from dryness or sensitivity, and I later hoped that one day, my children would inherit my "skin genes." Unfortunately, that was not the case (and as luck would have it, my skin slowly started becoming less and less "amazing" with age).
Both of my children suffer from dry, sensitive skin. Being that this was something I had never experienced first-hand, I wasn't sure what to do about it or how to remedy the problem.
Back in fall 2014, my daughter's skin issues became so severe that she would break out in a rash whenever any body care product was used. Her doctor suspected skin irritation from these products, so I stopped using these well-known brands, and went on a quest to find an all-natural alternative.
For quite some time, I was washing her skin with a highly diluted, mild dish soap, because everything else would wreak havoc on her skin.
My son's skin, while not as sensitive as his sister's, suffers from seborrheic dermatitis, which is essentially "cradle cap," although on a child. Most shampoos dry out his scalp, and leave him with even more dry, scaly flakes on his head.
Finally, I got to a point that I said I need to stop using these commercial products and find something that is actually good for my children's skin and scalp. Something that will not strip their hair of natural oils, and something that will provide much needed moisture to their constantly dry skin.
That's when I came across Nature's Baby Organics.

As a mother, this brings me peace of mind, especially considering the scalp and skin sensitivities that my children experience.
I am extremely happy to report that Nature's Baby Organics is gentle on my the sensitive skin and scalp of my children. Before using, I did an allergy/sensitivity test with each product, just to be sure my children wouldn't experience a reaction. Fortunately, neither one of them experienced any adverse effects from Nature's Baby Organics products.
My kids loved them, especially Ireland, who had a blast sticking the bubbles on her chin.
I absolutely love the scent of Nature's Baby Organics Shampoo & Body Wash in Coconut Pineapple. I've always enjoyed fruity scents, and this certainly is one of them. The shampoo contains Shea butter to help prevent drying.
What surprised me the most was how well it lathers. I honestly didn't expect it to lather much at all, being that it lacked some of the "commercial" ingredients that allow other shampoos and soaps to produce lots of suds.
My son's seborrheic dermatitis wasn't cured, but I didn't expect a cure. I expected a product that wouldn't further irritate his already irritated scalp. Nature's Baby Organics Shampoo & Body Wash didn't irritate his scalp at all. As a matter of fact, judging by the look of his hair after using both the shampoo and conditioner, you couldn't tell that there was anything wrong with his scalp at all!
After their bath, I applied the Nature's Baby Organics Face & Body Moisturizer on their skin. My son's skin, as mentioned previously, isn't as bad as my daughters, but he could still use a little moisture here and there. While the product is fragrance free, Carter did state that it "smelled weird." If I had to compare it to something, I would say that it resembles all natural Shea butter, which to me at least, isn't bad at all, and smells very natural.
My daughter, who has experienced repeated rashes and has lost quite a bit of moisture over the dry, Ohio winter, really benefited from this lotion. I've used it on her everyday since I received it, and her skin is slowly beginning to feel as soft as it was when she was an infant.
I haven't yet had a use for Nature's Baby Organics Soothing Stick, but I keep it in my purse, just in case. It can be used for rough, chapped, dry skin—such as diaper rash. Knowing how well all of the other Nature's Baby Organics products work, I can almost certainly say that this one will blow me away as well!

Nature's Baby Organics Bubble Bath - Tangy Tangerine
I can't express how excited I was to see a bubble bath that is actually made with organic products. My children love bubble baths, but unfortunately, it's been awhile since they were actually able to enjoy one, due to their skin and scalp issues.
After testing the product on their skin and seeing no reaction, I ran them each a bubble bath. For each bath, I added three capfuls of Nature's Baby Organics Bubble Bath to the running water. The citrus scent filled the air and was very pleasing. Even my son, who is quite picky when it comes to scents, stated how much he loved the smell.
There were lots of bubbles created with the Nature's Baby Organics Bubble Baths, after only three capfuls of the liquid.
The bubbles were thick, fluffy, and lasted long, making for the ideal bubble bath!
Nature's Baby ORganics Shampoo & Body Wash - Coconut Pineapple

Nature's Baby Organics Conditioner & Detangler - Coconut Pineapple
The Nature's Baby Organics Conditioner & Detangler that I received came in the same scent as the shampoo and body wash.
I am so impressed with this stuff! My son and daughter's hair was so incredibly soft and shiny, and my daughter (who often deals with tangles) didn't even stress when I combed through her hair, because it works so well to detangle. I actually added a few pumps to a spray bottle and filled the rest with water to use as a spray detangler when we're on the go.
I noticed that the flakes on Carter's head loosened up when I used this conditioner, which made it easier to wash them out. What a welcomed surprise!
The conditioner is by far my favorite Nature's Baby Organics product so far.

My Experience with Nature's Baby Organics
After seeing how well Nature's Baby Organics products worked on my children, I knew that I had to try them out for myself. One night, after the kids were in bed, I ran myself a bubble bath, and enjoyed the relaxation. I washed my hair and body using the shampoo & body wash, and then used the conditioner.
To be perfectly honest, I exited the bath without expecting much because my hair is pretty damaged. I'm in desperate need of a trim, so my split ends are prominent, and my tresses are incredibly dry. I decided that I would know how well it worked once it dried.
While waiting for my hair to dry (naturally) I applied the Nature's Baby Organics Face & Body Moisturizer to my skin—and can I just say how smooth my legs felt? It has been awhile since my legs have felt smooth enough to wear a skirt or a pair of shorts, but Nature's Baby Organics had them feeling super soft, super smooth, and looking great!
As my hair dried, I couldn't stop running my fingers through it. It was so soft! I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on products to get my hair feeling the way Nature's Baby Organics made it feel, and I'm actually kicking myself for it now. Who knew that such a simple product, with rather simple ingredients, could transform my hair in only one wash? I went from dry, brittle hair to soft, super shiny hair in less than three hours.
