Because there are a lot of music-lovers in my life—among both my family and friends—I wanted to give you a few basic ideas on what to buy for the music-lovers in your circle of friends.
Strobe Tuner
If your friends like to play instruments, the Peterson StroboClip tuner might be a good idea. This tuner is different than other cheap, standard tuners that you typically find in stores. It is Peterson's smallest multi-temperament tuner and has a real-time display, drop/capo setting, adjustable key settings, and consumes less power, features an auto-sleep function, and powers off to conserve the battery. It has it's own carrying case, which is an added bonus.
With this tuner, you can tune a wide variety of string and wind instruments. The Peterson Strobe Tuner can be given as a stocking-stuffer, or as an actual gift.
Personalized Gold LP Records
This can be a simple DIY project. Just find an old record, remove any labels, frame it, and below it, personalize it with your friend's name and the "name of their record." The record name can be a funny inside joke, a nickname you have for them, etc. This is a fun novelty gift for the music lovers in your life.
Uncommon Guitar Picks
Did you know that there are so many different unique guitar picks out there? There are guitar picks made from quarters (coins). There are guitar picks that are made of gold. There are even guitar pick "watches" that you wear around your wrist to store your guitar picks! If you're looking for a unique, inexpensive gift, then this is the route to take.
