This Parmesan bacon penne recipe is hearty, delicious, and super quick and easy to make—only about 35 minutes total. It's rich, creamy, and I mean, c'mon. It has bacon in it. Trust me, it's a winner.

Ingredients:
- Chicken Stock, (1 1/2 cups)
- Water (1 cup)
- Penne Pasta (8 oz, dry)
- Bacon (12 oz)
- Heavy Cream (1 1/2 cups)
- Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup)
- Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
- Fresh Basil (1 Tbsp, chopped)
- Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp, chopped)
- Salt/Pepper (to taste)
- Pour chicken stock and water into a medium pot. Bring to a boil and then add in the pasta. Cook according to the directions. Drain.
- Toss your bacon into a pan and cook according to the directions. Chop bacon into small pieces. Reserve about 2 Tbsp bacon grease.
- Reduce heat to medium and add bacon and bacon grease back into pan. Pour in heavy cream.
- Once the cream begins to bubble slightly, add in mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Add in fresh basil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat. Heat through.
- Remove from heat and top with fresh parsley.
- Serve.
