Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath Scale Review

As many of you already know, a week ago I started my weight loss journey. I've been using an old-fashioned dial scale to track my weight and unfortunately, those things are notorious for being inaccurate. We all know that if that little dial isn't perfectly on the zero when you step on, your weight could be off by up to four pounds. Since I'm pretty picky about my numbers when it comes to weight loss, I didn't like that at all.

Fortunately, my problem was solved as I recently had the chance to try the Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath Scale.

The Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath Scale has made it incredibly easy to track my weight, my BMI, as well as my net-weight change throughout the week. It's features are similar to those of the higher-priced scales, but the Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath Scale is super affordable. For those of you who want to focus less on numbers and more on progress, the scale also displays your weight change using a color code: A green light indicates weight loss, whereas a red light indicates weight gain.

Many of the more expensive scales on the market are chunky and not aesthetically pleasing. The Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath Scale, on the other hand, is sleek and thin, while still remaining sturdy. It is made from impact-resistant tempered glass and the pads on the bottom are slip-resistant and will not scratch your flooring.

Set up of the scale took a moment, but once I got the hang of it, it was incredibly easy. You simply insert the included batteries, press "Set," choose your user number (you can have up to 5 users) and then set your height. The instruction manual was straightforward, which I appreciated.

Note: Upon first use, I had some trouble setting up my husband as "User 1." However, once I set my profile up as "User 2," the "User 1" set-up finally worked. I'm not sure if it was a temporary error or if I was doing something wrong the first time.

Once you set the scale up, you can step on it to view your weight (the scale goes up to 400 pounds). Before powering off, the Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath Scale will display your BMI and then store your information for your next weigh-in.

When you step on the scale again, the scale will "remember" you. It will then display your net weight loss/gain.

What I liked most about the scale is that it auto-calibrates. Whenever it is moved and then placed on another flat surface, it re-calibrates on its own, which saves me time. No more moving that needle on the dial scale every time I want to weigh myself.

The Ozeri WeightMaster Digital Bath Scale is definitely a winner and will be a staple as a part of my weekly weight-loss regimen. I now look forward to weighing myself each week to see how far I've come.
